1. About Us
Elite Certz (Reg No: UDYAM-MH-20-0338328) is a professional training and certification provider operating across the UAE, GCC and India. Courses are delivered in partnership with internationally recognised accreditation bodies including CQI IRCA, BSI, GAQM and PECB, as well as PMI, Microsoft and EC-Council.
2. Quotations & Enrolment
All course fees are issued on a per-request basis via our "Ask for Quotation" form. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only after full or agreed partial payment is received and a written confirmation is issued by Elite Certz.
3. Delivery Modes
Training is offered in four delivery modes: LVC (Live Virtual Class), ILT (Instructor-Led Training), Hybrid and Corporate On-site. The applicable mode, schedule and venue are confirmed in the quotation.
4. Accreditation
The awarding body for each ISO course (CQI IRCA, BSI, GAQM or PECB) is selected based on the client's requirement and is confirmed in writing before the course begins. Microsoft, PMI and EC-Council certifications are awarded by their respective bodies under their own examination terms.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 10 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 10 working days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future batch within 6 months, subject to availability.
6. Examination & Certification
Exam vouchers, where included, are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period. Certification is awarded by the relevant accreditation body subject to the candidate meeting all examination and attendance requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials are the intellectual property of Elite Certz or the relevant accreditation body and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
8. Privacy
Personal information submitted via the quotation or enrolment form is used solely to process your request, deliver training and communicate course-related updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for examination registration.
9. Liability
Elite Certz's liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific course in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or examination outcomes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of India, depending on the place of service delivery, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
